I didn’t really expect much, the tracking updates came through right on time and were actually super easy to follow.

I’m happy with it overall, the box is really cute and pretty much what I was hoping for. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, which was mildly annoying because I kept checking for updates, but once it arrived I was like okay, yeah, this is nice. So not perfect on the delivery timing, but the actual item is good.

I got this for my sister, and she absolutely loved all the Pusheen stuff. I’ve bought her cute little themed gifts before, but this one was definitely one of the more fun ones. Everything was really adorable and worked great as a gift. The only downside was that the box came a bit later than I’d hoped, so I wish the shipping had been a little faster.

I reached out to customer service about my Pusheen Box shipping, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took a few days each time. They were polite and did fix the issue in the end, so I’ll give them that. I just feel like the replies could’ve been a lot faster, especially when it was about an order I was already waiting on.

I really wanted to love this shirt because it’s cute in person, but the fit was just off. The sizing felt weird compared to what I usually wear, so I’d definitely be careful before ordering. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because i never trust them to be much help with stuff like this...

The site was easy enough to poke around on, and I found the box info quick. Checkout was simple too and didn’t have me guessing what to do next, which was nice. It also loaded fine on my phone, so yeah, overall just a smooth and simple experience

My Pusheen Box arrived looking like it had been through a lot. One side of the box was completely crushed, and when I opened it, a few of the items inside were bent up and scratched.
I know shipping isn’t always gentle, but this felt like someone just didn’t pack it with much care. For the price, I expected better, so yeah, disappointing.

Managing my subscription on pusheenbox.com was okay overall, but it took me a minute to figure out where to update everything. The cancel and pause options could definitely be easier to spot. Maybe they just tried to keep the account page simple, but it felt a bit hidden to me. I got it done in the end, it just wasn’t the smoothest process.

I’m a sucker for Pusheen, so I really do enjoy the cute stuff that comes in the box. That said, my experience with delivery has been inconsistent. My last box showed up much later than I expected, and the tracking barely moved the whole time, so I was just sitting there wondering where it even was.
Customer support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I would’ve liked and didn’t really solve the issue. Maybe I’m extra impatient when I’m excited for something cute to arrive, but for the price, I personally wish the shipping felt a lot more reliable

They do have some really cute stuff, but the site is kind of a mess to use. A few things were worded in a way that made me think I was getting something different than what was actually listed, which was annoying. The products are nice, but the confusing layout and misleading wording definitely made the whole experience frustrating.

Support did fix the issue with my missing item, so I’m glad about that. It just took a bit longer than I was hoping for... but in the end, it was resolved.

The items themselves are really Cute, but the box showed up kind of crushed and one of the pieces inside was bent. For the price, I expected better Packaging. It’s not the worst thing ever, just a bit disappointing.

In the end, I’m happy with what I got. The box was cute, everything arrived in good shape, and nothing was damaged, so that part was totally fine.

I was delighted when I opened this up. The items feel nice and sturdy, and the prints look clean and bright, like they came ready for their main character moment. One mug did have a tiny flaw, which was a bit of a tragic little plot twist, but nothing major. Overall, I’m really happy with the box and would definitely say it’s worth it.

The box was cute, but I got hit with customs fees, so it really didn’t feel worth it.

I was annoyed when I realized something was missing from my order. Like, come on. But then I contacted them and they got it sorted way faster than I expected, so now I’m actually happy with how they handled it.

I ordered the Pusheen Box hoping it would have more of a clear seasonal feel, but this one felt kind of all over the place. Some of the items were definitely cute, but a few didn’t really seem to fit the season at all, which made the box a bit underwhelming for me.
For the price, I was expecting the theme to feel more planned out and cohesive. I still love Pusheen, but this particular box just didn’t feel totally worth it this time.
